PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat weight measuring device capable of simply manufacturing a load transfer member without requiring precision in the load transfer member for transferring a seat load to a load sensor so much. SOLUTION: The seat weight measuring device 9 has a base 21. In the base 21, an arm 23 for transferring the seat load to a load sensor 50 is provided. The arm 23 is not formed in two ways as before and only has one action section 23j. The one action section 23j is mounted onto a sensor plate 51 of the load sensor 50 and the seat weight is transferred to the sensor plate 51 from one action section 23j.
