PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a balancing mixer which can be driven by a low voltage power source. SOLUTION: The balancing mixer includes a constant current circuit 5 having two mixer transistors 1, 2 connected at emitters to each other and inputting a high frequency signal between bases, and a current mirror circuit having a first transistor 5a in which reference current flows, a second transistor 5b connected at a collector to emitters of the mixer transistors 1, 2, grounded at its emitter, and connected at its base to the base of the first transistor 5a to output current proportional to the reference current, and a third transistor 5c connected in series with the first transistor 5a.
