<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system capable of easily and surely guaranteeing the one time performance of slip print. <P>SOLUTION: A server 21 prepares a slip and embedded data according to the request of a print job transmitted from a client 22 to the server 21. This slip is associated with designation which is difficult to estimate with secured uniqueness, and converted so as to be received by a printer 23, and transmitted to the printer 23 on a network N, and overlay-registered, and the designation and the prepared embedded data are response-transmitted to the client 22. The client 22 who has received the response transmits the data to the printer 23 to complete print as a complete slip on the print unit 23.
