PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creating method of a usage details statement for verifying especially a call party, call details and the like by effectively utilizing call details and images that are imaged during communication using a communication tool having an imaging means. SOLUTION: A carrier center server 210 creates a usage details statement according to the utilization of a communication tool 100 having an imaging means for a customer utilizing the communication tool 100 having an imaging means such as a television telephone. More specifically, the carrier center server 210 stores one portion of images that are transmitted and received and the summary of call details during the call between the communication tools 100 having an imaging means in an image database 230 and a call details database, respectively. Then, when a carrier center 200 issues a usage details statement including a call charge or the like, the images and the summary of the call details that are stored as described above are added to the usage details statement.
