PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a status information notification system capable of relatively surely notifying status information to an addressee and of reducing a response time to a device based on status information.

SOLUTION: This status information notification system is provided with a status information notification means 211 for selecting an addressee estimated to use a user terminal based on the status information from a plurality of addressee candidates to notify the status information to the notification destination user terminal of the selected addressee.
