PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively overwrite data at a portable information terminal at the side of a navigation apparatus when transmitting data already input to a car navigation apparatus to the portable information terminal. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus 10 receives data, such as a name, an address, and a telephone number, transmitted from the portable information terminal 30 by a transmission/reception section 21, and sets a destination by the data. The position information acquired this time is added to address data received from the portable information terminal 30. When the processed data are transmitted to the portable information terminal 30, the entire address data of the portable information terminal 30 are received collectively, and overwriting is judged by the navigation apparatus 10.
