PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for substantially eliminating one or a plurality of problems due to the limitation or inconvenience of a related existing technology. SOLUTION: The method and system controls the incoming calls accompanying telephone numbers. In order to relate a selected telephone number to a priority code; the time constraint, telephone uses, and process options are selected. The priority code is allocated to a selected number based on the selected time constrain, telephone uses, and process options. If the number accompanying an incoming call is a selected number, the priority code allocated to the selected number that accompanies the incoming call is determined based on the period for a telephone to receive an incoming call and the telephone use during the time the telephone receives the incoming call.
