PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current fuse which does not contain a toxic substance and is superior in soldering performance and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Before an electrode is pressed into the end of a fuse base, a solder piece which contains zinc 30-60 wt%, copper 0.1-2 wt%, nickel 0.1-1 wt%, tin remaining wt%, or further aluminum 0.01-0.5 wt% is put inside the electrode beforehand, and by applying heat from the outside of the electrode, the solder is melted, and the electrode and the fuse wire are connected.
