<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of charging a small amount of money especially even on a minor not possessing a settlement means such as a credit card. <P>SOLUTION: In this exchange system, a point server manages a point purchased with the point associated to a prescribed card attached with an ID, and confirms storage of the point on the basis of the ID when a possessor of the card attached with the ID accesses a content server. When a person accessing the content server desires acquisition of one of contents, downloading of the content is accepted under a condition of exchange with the point. A creator of the content exchanged with the point can convert the acquired point into money at a prescribed rate. Accordingly, the creator can obtain a rightful reward.
