<p>The capsule may be inserted into a cup, which is fastened on a cover, By closing the cover, the capsule is brought into its working position. The cup contains a pin, which may be moved axially into it, extending across its floor, the capsule having a corresponding bore for accommodating the pin. Engaging on the pin is a lever, which acts against a stationary stop, when the cover is closed, and retracts the pin axially out of the cup, against a spring, when the capsule reaches the sewing position. The arrangement ensures the right insertion of the bobbin capsule into the shuttle of the sewing machine, and secures it during closing of the cover.</p> |
