PURPOSE: A lining member for trenchless pipe maintenance is provided to prevent water from touching with thermosetting resin of the lining member although infiltrated water exists, in maintenance of a pipe by forming a water-proof pipe to an outer layer and forming non-woven fabric to an inner layer. CONSTITUTION: A lining member for trenchless pipe maintenance comprises a water-proof pipe(28) installed to the bore of a pipe(30), and non-woven fabric(29). The water-proof pipe is made of a plastic film preventing incoming of water. In the non-woven fabric, a mixture, wherein 1¯50 percent by weight of a filler material and thermosetting resin of remaining amount are mixed is, impregnated. The plastic film of the water-proof pipe is made of one of a polyethylene film, polyurethane-coated woven fabric or a polyurethane film.
