PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure the quantity of flow of a solid content in coffee extraction process. SOLUTION: This coffee extractor 1 comprises both an extractor body 2 for extracting a coffee extract from coffee beans and a solid content flow quantity measuring means 10 for measuring the quantity of flow (kg/h) of the solid content in the coffee extract fed from the extractor main body 2. The solid content flow quantity measuring means 10 uses both the measured value, acquired by either a volume concentration meter 4 for measuring the quantity [weight (kg) of the solid content] divided by [the overall volume (L) of the coffee extract] or a weight concentration meter for measuring [the weight (kg) of the solid content] divided by [the overall weight (kg) of the coffee extract] and the measured value of a flowmeter 5 for measuring the overall quantity of flow (L/h) of the coffee extract, to measure the quantity of flow (kg/h) of the solid content.
