PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage capable of rationally checking articles stored on a depth side of an article storage room from a front side. SOLUTION: This article storage 100 is provided with a light source 70 for illuminating the inside on the depth side of the storage chamber 81A storing the articles 80x. A user can visually check a reflection image of the articles 80x by a semi-transparent mirror 50 mounted just before the light source 70. The visible light 70x is applied to the front side by the light source 70, and the ultraviolet ray 70u is radiated to a flow channel 81Y1 of the air on a back side. The inside of the storage is illuminated by the visible light 70x, and the sterilization and the deodorization are performed by the ultraviolet ray 70u. A required mark 76A is attached to a front face of the light source 70 itself, so that the mark 76A can be seen from the front side only during the operation of the light source 70. The semi-transparent mirror 50 has the convex curve shape on its horizontal face and/or vertical face to enlarge a field of view by the semi-transparent mirror 50. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
