<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reaction rate of the solid phase reaction, the selectivity, and the productivity in manufacturing a complex oxide of a valuable metal by a solid phase reaction of an oxide of a valuable metal and an alkali (alkaline earth) metal salt. <P>SOLUTION: An oxide of a valuable metal or a substance containing it and an alkali (alkaline earth) metal salt are co-pulverized until the particle diameter of the oxide of the valuable metal or the substance containing it reaches≤10μm in median. The co-pulverized product is heated at≥200°C and the oxide of the valuable metal and the alkali (alkaline earth) metal salt are reacted in a solid phase to give the complex oxide of the valuable metal and the alkali (alkaline earth) metal oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
