PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of engines with different specifications, for facilitating processing of balancer shaft bearing holes, without largely readjusting the setting position of a processing tool in a processing table. SOLUTION: When manufacturing a plurality of engines, the respective balancer shaft bearing holes of the manufacturing various engines are mutually associated, and a specific observing state, that is, a crankshaft orthogonal cross section of the various engines is supposed. The axes of respective crankshafts are aligned by setting an attitude of respective cross sections in the same. In an observing state of looking at the respective cross sections in layers, the respective first balancer shaft bearing holes of the various engines are formed so that at least mutual parts overlap each other; the respective second balancer shaft bearing holes of the various engines are formed so that at least mutual parts overlap each other; and the respective third balancer shaft bearing holes of the various engines are formed so that at least mutual parts overlap each other.
