PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic fired body having excellent low temperature sintering property, material strength, degree of molding freedom and profitability and having adsorption performance and microorganism immobilization function equal to activated carbon and an antibacterial ceramic and a microorganism immobilization support using the same.

SOLUTION: The ceramic fired body is obtained by mixing 50-98 wt.% clay, 2-50 wt.% zeolite and 0-48 wt.% coal ash and firing.
