<p>The bearer head has a lower part (28) with a fastening unit (32,34) to fix it to an upright etc. of a holder system, and an upper part (30) with a contact surface for a component. The parts can be separated from each other. When a plate (46) is fitted between the parts, the contact face on the head is in a reference position to contact the component. Without the plate, the head contact face is in a measuring position to define a distance relative to the component. The plate is fastened pivoted to a holder (48) on upper or lower head part. The head has a channel for connection to vacuum source, and it carries a measuring device (44) to monitor head position.</p> |
