PURPOSE: A method of preparing parched grain powder by drying and grinding herbs containing Lycii Fructus, persimmon leaf, acacia, wormwood and the like and then mixing with conventional cereal flour is provided. The product is rich in nutrients and beneficial for human health without causing constipation and prevents adult disease. CONSTITUTION: Herbs such as Lycii Fructus, persimmon leaf, acacia, wormwood, mulberry leaf, wild rose, Albizzia julibrissin Duraz and arrowroot sprouts are dried and then mixed with conventional grain flour such as glutinous rice flour, bean flour and the like. |
