PURPOSE: A DC/DC converter is provided to limit output current in a stable and accurate manner even under a wide range of temperature of a system, by varying a reference voltage of output current of the DC/DC converter in accordance with the rise of temperature of the system. CONSTITUTION: A DC/DC converter comprises a voltage supply unit for supplying a reference voltage of output current of the DC/DC converter; a temperature detection unit for detecting the temperature of a system including the DC/DC converter; a voltage compensation unit for compensating the reference voltage in accordance with the detected temperature of the system; and a current limiting unit for limiting the output current of the DC/DC converter to a preset current value.
