PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate to exchange a grinder by dividing a bill conveyor into an upstream side conveyor and a downstream side conveyor and providing a detachable separation conveyor between the upstream side conveyor and the downstream side conveyor. SOLUTION: The separation conveyor 52 is provided between an upstream side conveyer body 50 and a downstream side conveyer body 51. The separation conveyor 52 comprises a separation side main driving endless belt 54 and a separation side driven endless belt 55 displaced near between a main driving endless belt 12a and a driven endless belt 13a in the upstream side conveyer body 50 and a main driving endless belt 12b and a driven endless belt 13b in the downstream side conveyer body 51 and a separation conveyer body 56 housing the main driving endless belt 54 and the driven endless belt 55.
