<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a manager to monitor/evaluate a service provided by a service provider from the viewpoint of business in an enterprise which uses a plurality of service providers to construct a business flow in order to lighten a burden to improve a business flow according to an evaluation index. <P>SOLUTION: A person in charge of designating monitor/evaluation information designates a telegraphic message to be monitored and a history to be monitored and a business service information collector on each service provider transmits information to be monitored to a business service level analyzer for each transaction. Then, the business service level analyzer evaluates a business service level based on the collected information. A manager specifies a business service or a business flow in question based on the evaluation index, and request the retrieval of an alternative business service or business flow to business process management.
