PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve connection workability of a connector; and to enhance reliability of a shield function. SOLUTION: Since a first connector A is so structured that a plurality of terminal fittings 20 connected to wires 26 are housed in a housing 10; the housing 10 is surrounded by a tubular shield shell 30; and a shield member 50 collectively surrounding a plurality of the wires 26 is connected to the shield shell 30, the shield shell 30 and the housing 10 can be connected to a second connector B in a single action. Since a fitting part between the shield shells 30 and 80 of both the connectors A and B are shielded by a double structure overlapped on the inside and outside, the shielding effect thereof is high.
