摘要

A booster, wherein a boosting circuit (12) generates a boosted output obtained by boosting a low voltage output supplied for boosting and gives feedback, thereto, a part of the boosted output outputted therefrom in the form of operating energy. On the other hand, an auxiliary boosting circuit (13) outputs start energy generated based on the low voltage output to the boosting circuit (12) in the form of the start energy required for the start of the boosting circuit (12).
