The spinning rotor (41) is rotatably mounted within an air chamber (43) connected with a vacuum source and a stator (42) of a synchronous electric machine is assigned to said rotor (41). Said synchronous electric machine stator (42) is provided with at least two electromagnetic coils (421). The spinning rotor (41) consists of at least a spinning rotor (41) body that is intended to perform spinning function and that forms a load-bearing section of at least one permanent magnet (410) that is intended to perform the function of an electric rotor.
