FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely cold forming. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for blanking, drawing and trimming part includes upper plate, punch arranged in metallic sleeve with cutting edge, drawing die, blanking punch and blanking die. Punch is mounted in upper plate by means of elastic sleeve through punch holder. Blanking die is arranged on drawing die provided with disc of elastic material pressed-in to it. Blanking punch is spring-loaded relative to upper plate by means of set of alternating elastic sleeves and metallic rings with possibility of engaging with blanking die. Apparatus provides possibility for making during one stroke of press high-quality thin-sheet parts blanked from metal strip and then subjected to drawing and trimming along contour for removing allowance. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of apparatus. ^ 2 dwg |
