PURPOSE: A case of an air conditioner outdoor unit is provided to easily assemble parts and reduce manufacturing cost by minimizing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A lower base(110) has a support plate(112) for putting a freezing unit thereon, and a flange(116) formed along by an upper circumference of the support plate with a plurality of coupling holes(117). An upper cover(120) covers the upper part of the lower base to have a containing space for containing the freezing unit. The upper cover is formed in a rectangular hexahedron shape with an open lower part to have a containing space inside, having coupling holes(127) corresponding to the coupling holes of the lower base.
