PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label inspection device capable of coping with the case wherein the attitude of a conveyance product on which a label is stuck is unstable, and coping easily with the change of the shape or size of the label or a printing position, or the like. SOLUTION: A detection part 2 set so as to detect a specific color shown on the label L surface is installed along a conveyance route of a commodity G on which the label L is stuck. Existence of a stuck label L is determined by whether a color sensor selected beforehand from among a plurality of color sensors 21, 22, 23 constituting the detection part 2 can detect the specific color on the label L or not when the commodity G passes through a detection point 7b.
