PURPOSE: To provide a tilted dipping spin coater for obtaining required workability and high corrosion resistance by rotating the basket in the state a basket containing fasteners coated with a coating solution is tilted so that the fasteners are continuously moved in the basket, thereby coating the fasteners to a constant thickness. CONSTITUTION: The tilted dipping spin coater is characterized in that the tank is lifted to an elevation at which a basket(3) containing coating objects above a base(10) is dipped by an up and down transfer mechanism(4) capable of transferring the tank up and down in the state that a base coating solution or top coating solution ,which is a surface treatment agent(coating solution)(7), is contained in a tank(1), the coating objects are dipped into the coating solution and coated with the coating solution by rotating the basket for a determined period of time by a rotating mechanism(2), when coating is completed, the up and down transfer mechanism is driven to lower the base along a guide rail(6) so that the basket maintains a sufficient height from the coating solution, the coating solution coated on the coating objects is remained to a constant thickness on the surface of the coating objects by simultaneously rotating the basket through the rotating mechanism and adjustably tilting a supporting stand(8) for supporting the rotating mechanism and the basket to an angle of 0 to 45 degrees through a tilt driving mechanism(9) in the state that the rotating mechanism and the basket are vertically maintained, and rotation of the coating objects are adjusted to 0 to 900 revolutions per minute by the tilt driving mechanism.
