PURPOSE: Provided is a water dispersible adhesive composition, which has excellent adhesion to foam materials such as rubber foam and terminal release property, and shows stable adhesion with the lapse of time. CONSTITUTION: The water dispersible adhesive composition is formed by adding a tackifier containing a phenol skeleton to a water dispersion of polymer obtained by the copolymerization of a monomer mixture based on alkyl (meth)acrylate and comprising a silane monomer. The water dispersible adhesive composition may further comprise 0.005-1 parts by weight of an organic compound capable of bonding to the silane monomer based on 100 parts by weight of the polymer. Particularly, the tackifier is a rosin phenol tackifier or terpene phenol tackifier.
