PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic treatment apparatus capable of reducing magnetic leakage to the outside and wherein a magnet has high magnetic treatment capacity by effectively utilizing a generated magnetic flux from a magnet. SOLUTION: In the magnetic treatment apparatus S wherein a pair of cases 11 storing magnetic generation parts 20 having a plurality of magnets 22 respectively arranged in a yoke 24 and a york 24 detachably/attachably sandwiches a tubular body 1, the magnets 22 are apart from each other in the length direction of the tubular body 1 at predetermined intervals in the face on the tubular body 1 side of the yoke 24. The magnetic flux direction generated by adjacent magnets 22 is arranged so as to be opposite against the yoke 24. In the magnets 22 arranged in the plurality of magnetic generation parts 20 opposing each other with the tubular body 1, different polarities are faced each other. In the direction opposing to the magnet 22, the thickness of a part wherein the magnet 22 of the yoke 24 is arranged is set at the thickness of 1.0-2.3 with respect to the thickness of the magnet 22.
