PURPOSE:To imbed a metallic wire to an antenna and to prevent a metallic wire from being escaped in removing the antenna from a molding die by forming a mirror surface skin member, coating an uncured resin to the core member of the mirror face skin member, bonding a metallic wire to the resin and laminating the core member and the rear side skin member. CONSTITUTION:A prepleg is set to a forming die 1 to form the mirror surface side skin member by heating and pressing and an uncured resin 6 is coated to the core 4 of the mirror surface skin member 3. A positioning jig 7 is used to position and bond the metallic wire 2 to the resin 6. The core member 4 and the rear face skin member 5 are laminated to form sandwich structure. Thus, the metallic wire 2 is not in contact with the forming die 1 at the removal of die and the metallic wire 2 is not escaped from the mirror face side skin member 3.
