PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of supply of a driving source voltage and a signal while mounting a driving circuit on a COG system at low cost. SOLUTION: On the top surface of a source-side side edge part of a glass substrate of an active matrix substrate 11 of a liquid crystal display panel 10, a plurality of source driving ICs 14 are mounted along the source-side side edge part and on the top surface of the source-side side edge part, a plurality of source-side low resistance wires 16a are provided along the respective source driving ICs 14. The respective source-side low resistance wires 16a and source driving ICs 14 are connected by input terminal wires 19, and the driving source voltage and source signal are supplied to the plurality of source-side low resistance wires 16a and supplied to the respective source-side driving ICs 14 by the plurality of input terminal wires 19.
