PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance energy-saving effect by preventing thermal loss from an enclosure through a multiple-layered transparent member. SOLUTION: The steamer comprising an enclosure constituted of a glass 7 as a multi-layer transparent member, disposed on the outer surface thereof has a heat reflecting film 26 provided on the inner face of the inner glass 21 facing to the closed space between the inner glass 21 and the outer glass 22. When the heat inside the enclosure tries to go through the glass 7, it is reflected by the heat reflecting film 26, so that the thermal loss from the surface of the glass 7 is prevented.
