<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change money with an ATM card regardless of own bank or other bank. <P>SOLUTION: This change maker performing an exchange process receiving exchanged money and discharging the money of a designated kind and a commission collection process collecting commission needed for the exchange process, is provided with a card identification means reading a card ID to identify the card, and a commission collection means wherein the commission collection process is performed by direct debit process from the bank account of the customer corresponding to the card ID when the card read with the card identification means is an ATM card of the own bank and the commission collection process is performed by a debit settlement from the bank account of the customer corresponding to the card ID when the card read with the card identification means is an ATM card of the other bank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
