FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment for rolling of food dough into continuous strips. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has lower frame with transportation member for unidirectional transporting of dough. Group of dough rolls is positioned in upper frame arranged above lower frame. Dough rolls are disposed in closed line for rotation.
