<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize more flexible right expression by realizing a right expression based on the combination of a plurality of rights. <P>SOLUTION: A client 12 is configured as an information processor which is able to use contents information within the range of use conditions entered in license information, and existing(first) license information is stored in a storage part 28. Also, new(second) license information is received by a communicating part 29, and a portion or whole portion of the new(second) license information is connected to the existing(first) license information.
