<p>In the prior art, a switching center distributes network traffic based on the traffic of signaling routes including a plurality of signaling links. Considering that the conventional way of distributing network traffic does not consider the state of individual signaling links in a signaling route and that the network traffic actually occupies signaling links, it can be appreciated that a signaling route can suffer from heavy traffic. This may cause message loss in case the signaling route contains one or more failed signaling links. However, since the switching center of the present invention distributes network traffic based on the number of available signaling links, it is expected that the above problem can be eliminated.</p> |
