PURPOSE: A coil assembly of a linear compressor is provided to reduce fraction defective and the cost and to simplify the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A coil assembly(133) of a linear compressor comprises a bobbin(144), a coil(146), and an insulated line(148). The bobbin comprises a hollow inner peripheral part(141) and side parts(142,143) protruded toward the radial outside from the ends of the hollow inner peripheral part. The coil is wound on the outside of the hollow inner peripheral part to be arranged between the side parts of the bobbin. The insulated line covers the outermost end of the coil wound on the bobbin.
