摘要 PURPOSE: A computer numerical control lathe is provided to prevent the unnecessary installing investment by reducing operating processes, to reduce the operating space by performing different operations in the same operating space and to reduce the defective rate and the loss by reducing processes. CONSTITUTION: A pair of rolling dies(10,11) roll a material by installing in both sides of an inner space in a computer numerical control lathe. Fixing dies(20,21) fixes the rolling dies in the inner space of the computer numerical control lathe. Slider units(30,31) offer a straight passage to slide the rolling dies in the fixing dies. Driving units(40,41) drives the rolling dies in a straight line. A chuck(50) fixes the material between the rolling dies. A main shaft of the chuck is moved forward and backward. A bite holder(80) mills the material to be fixed in the chuck by combining with an upper and lower guide(60) and a left and right guide(70). Thereby, the milling and the rolling of the material are performed in the same operating space. Therefore, the operating efficiency is improved.
