PURPOSE: A CDMA repeater having a function of removing a feedback signal and automatically controlling output strength is provided to obtain high output characteristics and reduce installation costs by overcoming output and installation restrictions of an existing CDMA repeater. CONSTITUTION: A receiving-side BPF(Band Pass Filter)(302) receives a signal to be relayed through a reception antenna(300) and filters it. A receiving-side amplifier(303) receives the filtered signal and amplifies it. A receiving-side frequency converter(304) receives the amplified signal and lowers its frequency to a baseband. A reception signal detector(305) detects whether a CDMA signal to be relayed exists within the baseband reception signal outputted from the receiving-side frequency converter(304). A feedback signal removing unit(306) removes a feedback signal from the baseband reception signal. An AGC(Automatic Gain Controller)(307) automatically controls an amplitude of an output signal. A feedback signal phase/amplitude detector(308) updates a phase and an amplitude of an existing feedback signal. A feedback signal regenerating unit(309) generates a reverse feedback signal. A transmitting-side frequency converter(310) raises a frequency band of the output signal to an RF(Radio Frequency) band. A transmitting-side amplifier(312) amplifies the transmission signal of the RF band and radiates it to a service area through a transmission antenna(311). A controller(313) controls the operation of each element.
