The device has an implant body (1) with an external threading and, an internal threading (11) at its proximal end. The proximal end has linking units (13, 13) with a gripper (2) permitting to maintain the implant body attached to the gripper during its transport. The linking units permit the transmission of torque to the implant body by means of the gripper for screwing the implant body in a bone.
