PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load applied to a bolt for fixing respective panels constituting a box body and to facilitate positioning of the respective panels. SOLUTION: The lower end of a side panel 42 constituting the side is formed with through-holes 44a, 56a and 64a penetrating in the left/right direction and a projection 50 upward inclined as its upper surface 52 is separated from the side panel 42. A side end face of a base panel 12 constituting the bottom is formed with a screw hole 28a and the side part of the lower face side of the base panel 12 is formed with a slope face 30a downward inclined as its separating from the base panel 12 and matched with the upper face 52 of the projection 50. The bolt 74 inserted into the through-holes 44a, 56a and 64a is threadedly inserted in the screw hole 28a with the slope face 30a abut on the upper face 52 of the projection 50 to fix the both panels 12 and 42.
