PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocal electric razor which facilitates changes in the sound quality during the use, gives better feeling during the use, and easily generates a desired tone. SOLUTION: In a cutter 52 of the reciprocal electric razor having a plurality of arch-like small blades 56 which are formed integrally with right and left side edge parts 58 and reciprocate while sliding on the inner surface of an arch-like foil 50, a vibration control part 62 for controlling vibrations of the small blade 56 is formed in the proximity of at least one joint where each small blade 56 is connected to the side edge part 58.
