PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for preventing a glass scattering providing only a function for preventing a glass scattering further adding a new function such as decoration and advertizing. SOLUTION: The film 1 for preventing a glass scattering for preventing the glass from scattering by being adhered to a surface of a glass comprises a base layer 11 made of a transparent resin film, a sticking layer 12 formed on one side surface of the base layer 11 and a picture image layer 16 with a translucent property formed on the other side surface of the base layer 11.
