PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package of a disk-shaped recording medium which is efficiently used and saves resources. SOLUTION: The package is constituted to form a plurality of optical disk assemblies 1 by holding a space 4 in a plurality of optical disks by the predetermined number. The package performs shrink-packaging of the optical disk assembly 1 and the spacer 4 in an integrally forming manner with a heat-shrinkable film 2 having vertical and circumferential perforations 3a and 3b of the optical disk assembly 1. By breaking a part of the perforations 3a and 3b when the formed optical disk is used, the optical disk assembly 1 can be taken out without separating other assemblies. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
