A method for processing the seasoned laver by using a lotus powder is provided to improve the chewing feeling of the seasoned laver and to enhance the nutrition by using a lotus powder. A method for processing the seasoned laver by using a lotus powder comprises the steps of removing the impurities of laver; mixing 40 L of seawater, 0.5-1 kg of a powder of the leaves or stem of lotus and 70-80 kg of raw laver to stir them for 3-4 hours, washing it and drying it to remove the impurities; cutting the obtained by a size of 0.5-1 cm, mixing it with a lotus extract solution obtained by boiling lotus powder in fresh water, stirring it for 1-2 hours, and dehydrating it to remove the unpleasant odor; making a laver making solution from the obtained one; molding the dried laver; and coating an edible oil on the both sides of the dried laver, spraying 5-6 g of a powder of the root of lotus uniformly on it, and heat treating it at 150-200 deg.C. |
