Recipe composition contains trimmed beef and semi-fat trimmed pork with grade 1 DFD-properties, protein-fat emulsion, chicken eggs, milled fresh bulb onions, table salt, electro-activated drinking water, ground black pepper, ground allspice, bread crumbs in specified quantity ratio. Composition includes electro-activated drinking water with pH 5.2-5.5.
