PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid oligomer integrated with a compound capable of linking monomer units of an oligomer, to provide a method for producing the nucleic acid oligomer, and to provide a kit for producing the nucleic acid oligomer. SOLUTION: The nucleic acid oligomer having nucleotide and non-nucleotide monomer units, wherein the non-nucleotide units include a compound of the formula [X1to X3are Xr-Y4(each X is C or O; Y4is a coupling bond, O, S, NH or N=N); Y1to Y3are O or S] and the non-nucleotide monomer units are linked to at least one nucleotide monomer unit through the coupling bond or a coupler of R1to R3.
