PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin which is used by making a close contact with a body and prevents a displacement of a main body of the napkin and leakage of body fluids certainly. SOLUTION: The sanitary napkin comprises the main body of the napkin constituted of at least a top sheet with liquid permeability, a back sheet, and an absorbent body placed between the top sheet and the back sheet.
