APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING CYLINDRICAL UNIT AND CYLINDRICAL UNIT MANUFACTURED THEREBY

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing cylindrical unit is provided to improve durability and strength of the cylindrical unit by bending both ends of the cylindrical unit and improve productivity by fabricating the cylindrical unit in a line from strip coil to cylindrical unit shape, and a cylindrical unit manufactured thereby is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a strip unit(100) for inserting strip coil into first shaft horizontally installed on first base and unwinding strip at constant speed by rotating first motor, thereby rotating the first shaft; a correction unit(200) comprising a pair of first correction rollers horizontally arranged on second base(201), and second correction roller arranged with being spaced apart from the first correction rollers in an upper part of the first correction rollers so that the strip passes through between the first correction rollers and the second correction roller; a cutting unit(300) for guiding the strip extracted from the correction unit to a space between upper and lower cutters installed on an upper part of the second base and transmitting signals to controller so that the upper cutter cuts the strip if the measured length values of the strip correspond to a preset strip length value by measuring length of the strip using a micro-sensor; a bending unit(500) for bending both ends of unit member of the strip in multistage by passing the unit member through a plurality of first bending rollers horizontally arranged on an upper part of third base(401) and secondly bending the unit member so that both ends bent is bent by horizontally passing the unit member through a plurality of second bending rollers; and a bending unit for adjusting radius of curvature of the unit member by guiding a bent part of the unit member into a slot(504) formed on both ends of one bending roller out of a pair of bending rollers vertically arranged on fourth base so that the unit member is bent in the state that shape of both ends of the unit member bent in the bending unit is maintained.
